• Property Transfer Tax (ITP): The applicable tax rate in the Autonomous Community of Andalucía will apply (generally 7% – €17,074), without prejudice to reduced rates of 3.5%, 1.2%, or 1% depending on the buyer’s personal circumstances or the characteristics of the property. The tax is calculated based on the higher of the official cadastral reference value or the purchase price.

• Notary Fees: Calculated in accordance with the official tariff set out in Annex I of Royal Decree 1426/1989 of November 17, approving the Notarial Fee Schedule.

• Land Registry Fees: Registration in the Land Registry will be billed in accordance with the official tariff established in Annex I of Royal Decree 1427/1989 of November 17.

• Administrative Processing Fees (Gestoría): Fees for administrative processing, tax settlement, and registry registration amount to €100 (VAT included).

• Seller’s Agency Fees: Included in the sale price.

• Buyer’s Agency Fees: Please note that professional fees may apply to the purchaser in cases where buyer representation services (PSI – Property Personal Shopper) have been contracted. These fees are NOT LINKED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE.
